According to the family tradition of Prince Schoenburg-Hartenstein, Patrons of the parish church of Deschtna in Bohemia, where this heavily pruned former altarpiece, it is in this a work Karel Škrétas. For stylistic reasons, this work is however deemed not temporally and geographically, with a formation in the earlier 18th century is likely in Italy.
